Welcome to Wow Peques Fest 2026. By purchasing a ticket, registering as a vendor, sponsor, participant, contractor, or by attending the event in any capacity, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and fairness of all attendees, partners, and staff.

1. Event Overview

Wow Peques Fest 2026 (“the Event”) is a family-oriented festival produced by CM Events Corp, taking place on May 2, 2026, at the Miami-Dade Fair Expo Center. These Terms and Conditions govern all activities related to the Event, including attendance, participation, vendor and sponsor involvement, and use of event facilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By attending or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and with all rules, regulations, and safety guidelines established by CM Events Corp and the venue.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from purchasing tickets or participating in the Event.

3. Weather Policy – Rain or Shine

The Event will proceed rain or shine. Weather conditions are unpredictable, and:

  • All attendees, participants, vendors, and sponsors assume full responsibility for preparing for unexpected weather.
  • CM Events Corp is not obligated to pause, cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event due to weather conditions unless instructed by authorities for safety reasons.
  • No cancellations, refunds, rollovers, or credits of any kind will be issued due to weather.

Attendees are encouraged to bring necessary weather-appropriate gear such as ponchos, umbrellas, sunscreen, or protective coverings for equipment.

4. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

  • No refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, travel issues, or weather.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by CM Events Corp.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

5. Vendor, Sponsor, and Exhibitor Policy

Vendors, sponsors, entertainers, partners, and exhibitors participating in the Event agree to:

  1. Comply with set-up and breakdown schedules.
  2. Follow venue rules regarding equipment, safety, and permitted materials.
  3. Maintain their booths or stations in clean, safe, and professional condition.

Refunds are not available for vendor or sponsor registrations under any circumstances, including weather, operational issues, equipment failure, or failure to attend.

Note: The Event does not include mechanical rides. Vendors and attendees acknowledge this upon registering or purchasing access.

6. Conduct and Safety

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for families:

  • Disorderly, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
  • Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcohol will not be served or permitted inside the Event area.
  • All attendees must comply with staff instructions, security personnel, and posted safety information.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in or attending Wow Peques Fest, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Crowds and public interaction
  • Physical activity
  • Performances, games, and attractions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM Events Corp, its staff, partners, contractors, and venue operators are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage or loss
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accidents occurring before, during, or after the Event

Attendees and participants release CM Events Corp from any liability arising from participation in the Event.

8. Photography & Media Release

By entering Wow Peques Fest, you grant CM Events Corp the unrestricted right to:

  • Photograph, record, or film your participation
  • Use your image, likeness, voice, or performance
  • Publish content for promotional, advertising, or documentation purposes
  • Use photos/videos in future marketing or events

No compensation will be provided.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please avoid areas where filming is clearly taking place.

9. Accessibility

CM Events Corp is committed to providing an accessible environment. The venue offers wheelchair-accessible entrances and restrooms. Attendees requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact the event team in advance.

10. Prohibited Items

To ensure safety, the following are not allowed:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol or illegal substances
  • Drones, unless authorized
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Mechanical rides not contracted by CM Events Corp
  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation

Any prohibited items may be confiscated, and violators may be removed from the Event.

11. Changes or Cancellations by Organizer

CM Events Corp reserves the right to:

  • Modify programming, attractions, schedules, or performers
  • Restrict access to certain areas
  • Make operational adjustments for safety

In the unlikely event that authorities require cancellation for public-safety reasons, CM Events Corp is not obligated to issue refunds or credits.

12. Indemnification

Attendees, vendors, and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless CM Events Corp from any claims arising from:

  • Their presence at the Event
  • Their conduct
  • Their booth/equipment (vendors only)
  • Injuries or damages caused to others

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County.
